Gunsmith
Anyone know of a gunsmith familiar with Fox guns in the southwestern Ky area? Does Louis Drake's shop do any outside work? I've tried contacting them but no luck. Got a broken ejector guide pin.

I need another 3/4 inch added to the stock of my C grade. I would like to add a pad rather then a slip on. Anyone aware of a source which would complement the gun? Thanks a bunch for any help. Bugs

Serial Numbers
Hello to all. I'm interested in a C grade, serial # 33915. The limited information I have indicates the year of manufacture was 1930. Since Savage Arms took over in Nov. 1929 would the gun be classified as a A.H. Fox or a A.H. Fox manufactured for Savage Arms?????? I guess I'm thinking of any affect...

Gunstocks conditioner
The finish on the stock of my HE looks pretty dull. Has anyone used a product that will add a little shine/protection without harm? Don't want to refinish just slick it up a bit. Thanks to all.

Re: Dove Reports?
I set up a hunt with another fellow who assured me there would be oodles of doves to hunt. Opening day I saw three, two of which were out of range and the third fell on the third shot by the group across the field drinking beer. Hope springs eternal, next day I saw one, again out of range but I thou...

Sterlingworth
Guys, need a little help. A Sterlingworth #114931 was offered the other day. I'm a little leary as the listing noted twin ivory beads. Is this the Sterlingworth DeLuxe by Savage? Could anyone hazard a guess as to what year(s) the gun was produced? A.H. Fox or Savage? Thanks for all help. bugs
