Old ‘33 and a woodcock

[Jeff S]

When you hear “33”, I’m sure that many of you instantly think of an ice cold bottle of Rolling Rock beer. However, that’s also the nickname that I’ve assigned to my 16 ga. “early” A grade (serial #30033). Well this afternoon I got a little tired of household chores and decided to go for a quick hunt. There’s a nice spot about an hour north of me and after 2 hours I had 6 flushes. Miraculously, I connected on the first flush. That little 16 is a great gun.
