A Grade Salesman Sample

Post by dmill »

I have an early A Grade gun that has several cutaway's in the receiver and one in the wood. I am sure that it was a "salesman sample" gun and it is fully functional. The gun however has serial number482 on the receiver and barrels and serial number 485 on the forend metal. I wonder if somewhere out there someone has the reverse? I enjoy the uniqueness of the gun but would like to find the correct forend iron and maybe make someelse's gun also complete.
Sometimes I get lucky!!
