Minnesota with an old and new fox
First time getting my son up to Northern Minnesota this October for a trip to Pineridge Grouse Camp. We had great weather, although unseasonably warm. I brought the go to Sterly 20 and and the CSMC 28 ga CE for our 28 gauge day. My son opted for an old Ruger with the barrels oriented the wrong way, but still managed to get his first grouse! As always, camp was inhabited by some great people, and the evening gun show had everything from Fox to Beretta, to vintage English side by sides. What a great trip and great time getting the guns out in the woods.

Sounds like a great trip! Best part is getting your son out there even if he carried a O/U!! Main thing is you two having a great time!
