Looking to get access to original Fox manufacturer archival specifications on s/n: 117070. Looking for original details on stock dimensions, wood type, LOP, drop, cast and pitch from an individual who has access to factory records. All details and diagrams of receiver are appreciated.

A few years back Savage sent the surviving A.H. Fox production cards to the McCracken Research Library at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming. Serial number 117070 would be a 12-gauge Sterlingworth from the late 1920s. The Sterlingworth was the A.H. Fox Gun Co.'s entry level gun, made for stock and to very standard specifications. You can get a letter from Cody, but they are rather spendy for the very limited amount of information on a Sterlingworth production card. Here is a photocopy of card for a 1928 Sterlingworth --
