AE two barrel set

Post by GradeIII »

I recently got a restoration back from the last craftsman to touch the project. It started as a 1923 AE 20 gauge and I added a 30 inch 16 gauge barrel to make it a two barrel set. It's been a long process, but I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Dana,
I bet you are very happy!! Tell us about the process, craftsman that did the work and how you found the 16 ga. Barrels to add to the gun. Thanks for the pics. Brett

Dana,
What length are the 20ga. barrels? That's a very, very nice gun.

I would love to hear more about this also! I know this is an older string but I would love to see the possibility of adding a 20 ga barrel set to my 16.
Beautiful pieces!

I believe Jon Hosford fit the set of 16 gauge barrels. They were obtained in the white from Jason Barden. Lot of work required to make them work. I'm sure at some point Dana will jump in.
