PRESENTING: The Fox vs. Lefever Trophy!

Post by TOOL MAN »

Feast your eyes on the prize comrades. The Fox-Lefever Cup has arrived with all its splendor. Notice too, the custom hunter orange/Realtree FLC hats produced for us by the good folks at SpinWheel Fashions (12 in all) that will be worn proudly by the official Challenge teams.

To date, Team Fox has never tasted the bitterness of defeat. Plans are to keep it that way!

Very nice hardware, Steve. Which team supplies the Dom Perignon White Gold to fill it?

Traditionally, the losing team supplies the DP magnum.
Thankfully, Team Fox has never required directions to the PACKY! 8)

Are the teams usually made up of shooters who compete regularly in Sporting clays (registered or not), at least as far as anyone knows?

I would say overall, the top shooters are well versed in the sporting clay discipline but don't let that discourage you. We have members who are just damn good wing shots who also fare quite well in the mix. Keep in mind, the primary goal of AHFCA shooting events is to promote member participation and heighten the team spirit/camaraderie that comes from owning "the finest gun in the world!"
