Last week I had a visit from a couple of longtime Fox aficionados for a day of looking at a bunch of Fox "stuff"....the exchange of information was vigorous. Thought I'd put a couple of pix up in the spirit of "faces with names". Here we have Yelloh564 & DSizemore discussing the fine points of AH Fox checkering patterns and execution. (DSizemore holding the stock) The boys were discussing tools, templates, cutters etc and it was very interesting.
The piece being examined was a finished stock for a DE 20ga...semipistol grip with a hard rubber buttplate that I got from a fella here in town who's father worked at Savage Arms back in the day...I must have gotten it about 30 years ago.
We had topic after topic to discuss and banter information about including the merits of nice fresh blueberry pie with fresh picked blueberries that Dave's wife surprised us with. Hey, we needed energy & brainfood !!

IN GOD WE TRUST. SPE Skeet & Uplands and AH Fox vent rib guns a specialty
Great pictures Tom!! I smile every time I think about all the good times and new friendships since the birth of the AHFCA and our bulletin board in 2007.
TJW ( Marshfellow) is a most gracious host, and to see all the Fox stuff he has in his oversize man-cave, office, clubhouse, whatever? is a treat. Dave and I had a great time. Then after the checkering seminar, we proceeded to tear down a Fox or two for some internal inspections. Lots of fun and a full day.
