Nice gun!

Nice!

Mine arrived in Idaho yesterday. Thanks Josh, another great group of guns!

Bill,
The area I hunt is a good waterfowl hunting area so the shells are restricted for all hunting. Good to hear from you. John

Does anyone know of 2 1/2 inch non-tox 16 gauge shells. I am looking for some pheasant loads. Bismuth doesn’t seem to be available. Thanks. John

Bill, thanks for sharing. You have certainly owned some of the best Foxes made, john

My favorite pheasant gun shoots 21/2 inch shells in 16 gauge. I hunt in a no tox zone. I’m running low on shells and don’t reload. Any suggestions? Certainly effects the value of a gun for guys like me.

What an interesting gun! Frank that was a wonderful article. I always enjoy your research. Craig thanks for sharing your gun.

Dave-You probably caught it but mine has ejectors.

To Craig’s point I just received gun 262700 from Josh. It letters as a Sterlingworth Skeet and was shipped in 1936. This was a continuation of the upland and skeet gun with the exterior built as a Sterlingworth. In reading articles by Wyraz, Headrick and Noreen this appears there weren’t many built ...

The only CHE I’ve seen offered publicly was in 2000 at the Vegas show. The high condition CE 20 guns are also pretty rare. Vegas used to be the place to go. Sounds like it’s now the Southern. Wish I was going, maybe sometime. Have a great time!

Great display! The FE and HE20 are guns you don’t see everyday. I did notice the Richmond Auction has an HE 20 in their second session. It all ready has a strong bid and the auction starts on the 17th. I don’t have any connections to the gun. Thanks for your booth.

Nice guns!

I have a young friend that occasionally shows signs of thinking beyond his years. He commented that if you have your health everything else is just vanity.

My list would have to include the Senator Hawes Becker/DE twenty researcher mentioned. Probably as much chance as Craig’s elusive HE. Free to wish….
