I'm thinking about a '13 16g Sterlingworth. How would these compare to latter Philly guns in terms of quality or any other issues.

Just fine. The chambers may be short though. High quality collectable or a field gun?

If you get a decent fit and the barrels are good, I'd get it. Just make sure your questions to the seller are answered to your satisfaction. As with any used gun, condition determines price.
