British Low Pressure Loads

Post by lwurman »

Unrelated to Fox firearms, but I plan on taking a 12-bore, British-made damascus-barreled, hammergun to Scotland this fall in addition to my standard hammerless gun. The hammer gun is nitro-proofed for 2 1/2-inch shells at 3 tons. Does anyone know if there are British shells, or even European shells, that would be the equivalent of RST or Poly-Wad low pressure loads that we have available in the U.S.? Thanks.

I think Gamebore loads may work for you. Made in England.

I think actually this one is the right one:
