20 ga Shell Question

I am wondering what the pressures are on the Fiocchi 20 ga 3/4oz #7.5 Training Loads the Velocity on the box is listed at 1075 I was wondering if this was safe to shoot in my Sterlingworth

I have been shooting regular 2 3/4" field and HV shells in my 1910s Foxs for over 30 yrs and haven't noticed any problems. I just found this group today and noticed that normal, off the shelf ammo is not recommended for these "early" guns. Good thing I found that out before my guns were ruined.
