Fox HE engraving, factory done?

This is an early Fox HE with extra engraving on the receiver. My question is: Does this look factory or something added later?

My guess is non-factory only because it is not cut as deeply as the border engraving.

I'm curious to see what the card for it says. Never say never has been said more than once around here.

What "Admin" said.....and the fact that the PLUS-size fowl doesn't resemble a flying turnip. Nice touch, though.
