This is the receipt from the Sheriff's Sale of the contents of The Philadelphia Arms Company. The man who bought the stuff seems to be intimately acquainted with Ansley Fox and is a principal in some documents concerning the property at 18th and Windrim. Does his name; William MacGeorge Jr, ring a bell?

Yup. William MacGeorge was a heavy hitter in the Philadelphia area. Apparently, he bought the "stuff", left it in place, and let Ansley resume production on a new "dime". Happens all the time. The banks take the loss.
