For those that asked here are some fresh new pics of the engraving Bob Strosin did on my 1913 20-gauge Sterlingworth Ejector w/30" 4-wt. barrels, Bob applied his French Gray finish. From here it goes back to Mark Beasland for barrel rust bluing and then back to Toby Leeds for final stock fitting and final finishing. I am hoping everything is done by mid-January for the 1st shoot in our local winter skeet league. I'm starting to get pretty excited...as it's been about a year and a half in the works.

Just received my Sterlingworth Special project back from Toby Leeds, who created the stock from a blank purchased from Cecil Fredi. Toby did an outstanding job fitting, finishing and checkering. Just a few details left to take care of and it'll be done.

Thanks to all for the kind words---it is really a tribute to the craftsmen who made my dream come true. Metalsmith Mark Beasland, stocker Toby Leeds and engraver Bob Strosin poured their heart and soul into this project...I am humbled by their workmanship and devotion to their craft.

The little Fox's usage will primarily be my 20-gauge skeet gun, it will also see some time in Wisconsin's grouse and woodcock coverts, for these pursuits I have chosen to have it choked .004/.008.

That is a beauty! Truly outstanding work. The engraving is spectacular! I had a CSMC fox made that looks a little like yours, but I am jealous.
