Hmm be curious to hear if there is anything up, I just mailed out for one today...though I thought 4 to 8 weeks was pretty standard wait time.

I received a letter ~two weeks ago and it turns out it took a bit over 9 weeks. Sometimes they take longer than at other times. Silvers

gotten them as quickly as 4 weeks or closer to 10... I sent a request June 8th... still nothing...
