Son, My Girls and a couple of Foxes

The snow cover melted and took advantage of my son being home for an afternoon preserve hunt. Dogs are DeeDee and Tess my two AKC Master Hunters. I was shooting a CE12ga and my son was using a A 12ga.

Good to see you are passing the Fox gene to your son. I wonder if he has any Idea of the disease you've thrust upon him and the life of being broke by searching for and purchasing that one last must have Fox?

I see it's an Agrade is it the first stile or second stile engraving and what barrel link.

Great pics Craig! Thats what its all about. A day in the field with your boy, a couple great dogs and 2 of Ansley's "Finest guns in the world" in hand!!!
Craig what vintage are the two Foxes pictured? I think Ive handled the CE but Im not sure about the A grade. Paul

Foxist: The A is the gun I shot at the Bo-Whoop last Spring. I call it "the money pit" It had about original 99% CC (doesn't show well in the above picture due to the flash) I bought it as a shooter since someone hit the stock with a sanding pad when installing the pad. I shot it at clays for about a year. I was cleaning the gun and noticed the bottom rib was loose, $700 later and it is all fixed up. I will never recover my "investment" but it sees lots of service shooting game and targets.
