I almost took my 16 gauge Sterlingworth. I had two VH 16s that did the job well.

Middle of nowhere. Actually right across the Missouri River from Nebraska. About 1 1/2 hours from Sioux Falls

Glad you guys had a great time in SD! Unfortunately my trip for First week of December to Platte area was canceled due to COVID. I’ll find some time to get some grouse hunting here in MI!
