We’re currently enjoying a family vacation and I’m looking forward to visiting Cody the next 2 days, is there anything of particular interest that I should be looking for in the Firearms Museum?
Thanks,

Re: Cody Firearms Museum
When I was there for the 2014 Remington Society Seminar it was amazing to me that I counted over 100 Parkers on display, but only found four Ansley H. Fox guns in the displays!! One less now that TR's Fox has gone to Texas. I was also amazed at how many magnum-framed NIDs were in the displays. That was before Curator Ashley Hlebinsky oversaw the full-scale renovation of the Cody Firearms Museum which reopened to the public 6 July 2019. Looking forward to a full report on what is there now!!

Re: Cody Firearms Museum
We enjoyed our visit to Buffalo Bill Center of the West, 5 nice museums in one place! Myself and my son Shane enjoyed the firearms the most, although the the other sections were also interesting. We were led on a firearms museum exclusive tour by Kirsten Michael, she gave us the option of what guns or gun history we wanted to learn more about and then introduced us to Jesi Bennett who you would most likely talk to if you were requesting a serial # search or a letter.
I would estimate there was approximately 20-30 Parker’s, a fair amount of Mdl 21’s, maybe 10 Ithaca’s, and then some LC Smiths and others mixed in.
I found 2 Ithaca Magnum 10’s, a Grade 1 and a Grade 4, a few Flues, 2 SBT Trap guns, and a couple Mdl 37’s.
However, I only found 2 AH Fox guns, they were both 12 gauge Sterlingworths, they were both in the back of a hanging display and because of poor lighting I didn’t take a picture of them.
I was disappointed that Ansley’s guns were so poorly represented. The museum has approximately 7,000 firearms on hand and is currently displaying 4,000 of those firearms.
